This full-time, non-exempt role involves performing manual labor under the supervision of a skilled craftsman, including tasks related to scaffolding, insulation, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical work. Responsibilities include moving materials, operating tools, assisting with installations, and digging trenches. Knowledge in scaffolding, insulation, pipefitting, welding, and civil work is recommended. The position requires the ability to work from heights, lift various weights, and adhere to strict safety protocols in demanding environments.

Job SummaryLoenbro is looking for an initiative-taking individual willing to work hard and grow in the position located in Epping, ND. You will work under the supervision of a skilled craftsman. Most of your responsibilities will revolve around performing manual work such as Scaffolding, Insulation, carpentry, plumbing, electrical and mechanical tasks, and other forms of trade. Knowledge in scaffolding & insulation, pipefitting, welding, and civil work is recommended.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Moves workpieces, tools, and supplies, manually or by hand truck
  • Follows direction closely.
  • Lifts, moves, and holds workpieces into position as directed.
  • Load and unload materials and equipment.
  • Operate hand and power tools under supervision.
  • Dig trenches, backfill excavations, and compact soil.
  • Assist with the installation of construction materials, such as pipes, concrete, and steel.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.

    • Minimum Qualifications

    Required:

  • GED or High School Diploma.
  • Ability to work from ladders and scaffolds.
  • Lift & carry objects and materials of various weights.

    • Preferred:

  • Skilled in math which includes adding and subtracting fractions.
  • Able to pass preliminary and periodic drug testing.

  • Potential exposure to extreme cold and hot temperatures.

  • Exposure to areas with limited visibility.
