This hybrid role, based in South Jordan, UT, involves translating complex business challenges into visual strategic roadmaps and optimizing software delivery lifecycles. The consultant will collaborate with enterprise buyers and IT stakeholders to drive product adoption, secure renewals, and unlock new revenue opportunities. Key responsibilities include designing consulting engagements, facilitating executive workshops on digital transformation and AI, analyzing business environments, and influencing the product roadmap. The role requires 5+ years of experience in a consultative, customer-facing capacity, with demonstrated understanding of AI, process management, or enterprise architecture, and experience presenting to C-suite stakeholders.
Lucid Software is the leader in AI-driven work acceleration, helping teams see and build the future by turning ideas into reality. Its products include the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite (Lucidchart and Lucidspark) and airfocus. The Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite, combined with powerful accelerators for cloud and process transformation, empowers organizations to streamline work, foster alignment, and drive business transformation at scale. We hold true to our core values: innovation in everything we do, passion & excellence in every area, individual empowerment, initiative and ownership, and teamwork over ego. At Lucid, we value diverse perspectives and are dedicated to creating an environment and culture that is respectful and inclusive for everyone. Lucid is a hybrid workplace. We promote a healthy work-life balance by allowing employees to work remotely, from one of our offices, or a combination of the two depending on the needs of the role and team.
Lucid Software is ranked #13 on the list of most used business applications among Fortune 500 businesses, and some of the world's largest organizations, such as Google, GE, Siemens, VW, NBC Universal, JLR and T-Mobile, rely on Lucid's solutions to accelerate critical business workflows across product design, process planning, team and infrastructure visualisation. The company boasts more than 100 million users. Despite already having such a dominant position in the market, Lucid is continuing to grow at pace and is acquiring hundreds of thousands of new users each month.
The Professional Services Consultant acts as a trusted advisor and delivery lead within Lucid's Professional Services organization, engaging directly with enterprise accounts to maximize their investment in the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite. This individual sits at the intersection of business strategy and technical execution, translating complex, ambiguous enterprise challenges into clear, visual strategic roadmaps. On a day-to-day basis, they collaborate closely with enterprise buyers, IT stakeholders, and internal product teams to map out strategic processes, optimize software delivery lifecycles, drive organizational agility, and more. The business impact of this role is direct and measurable: accelerating product adoption, securing high renewals, and unlocking new revenue opportunities within strategic accounts.
