Role summary

Luna is a leading tech-enabled in-home physical therapy platform seeking Physical Therapists (PTs) to provide one-on-one outpatient PT in patients' homes. The role offers flexible scheduling, allowing therapists to set their own availability and treat patients within a 30-minute drive. Therapists will use the Luna app for documentation (3-5 minutes per visit) and to prescribe/monitor exercises. Luna partners with major healthcare organizations and offers per-visit pay with direct deposit. This position requires an active, state-specific PT license, reliable personal transportation, liability insurance, and current CPR/BLS certification. Job types include part-time, full-time, contract, per diem, and PRN.

What You'll Do

Provide one-on-one outpatient PT in patients' homes, treating each patient through their full plan of care

Set your own availability; Luna matches you with nearby patients, within a max 30-minute drive - 12 min on average

Complete documentation in 3-5 min using the Luna app (no OASIS or Start-of-Care paperwork)

Treat one patient per visit with no overlapping appointments
