Role summary
Seeking experienced Senior Schedulers for large, complex heavy civil infrastructure programs (highways, bridges, transit, aviation, water/wastewater). Responsibilities include building and maintaining integrated master schedules, reviewing baseline submittals, verifying progress, performing critical path and what-if analyses, evaluating time extension requests, conducting forensic schedule analysis using various methods, performing schedule-risk assessments with tools like Monte Carlo simulations, and integrating various project components to manage the critical path. The role also involves generating reports, enforcing schedule governance, and mentoring junior schedulers. Requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering and 10+ years of scheduling experience on large infrastructure projects, with proficiency in CPM scheduling, resource/cost loading, progress updating, variance analysis, and industry-standard software like Primavera P6. Forensic analysis and risk assessment depth are key differentiators.
About the Positions
We’re seeking Senior Schedulers to support large, complex heavy civil infrastructure programs, including highways, roads, bridges, transit (bus and rail), aviation (international airports), and water/wastewater projects delivered through both traditional and alternative delivery methods. You’ll review submitted schedules, test whether the plan and the recovery story hold up, and quantify what a delay is actually worth in time and money. Forensic and delay analysis depth is what separates this bank from our general scheduling roles.
