Director of Product

Location: Colorado, United States

Salary: $180,000 – $220,000 + Performance Bonus

About the Company

We’re a fast-growing medical device company on a mission to transform compliance in dental practices—turning what is often a frustrating obligation into a culture of shared purpose centered on patient and staff safety.

With a team of ~60 and growing, we’ve built a strong foundation by delivering on our promises and creating value-driven solutions that customers trust. Now, we’re entering an exciting phase of growth—expanding our product offering, deepening customer impact, and shaping the future of compliance in the dental industry.

We believe “good work” is just the baseline. We’re looking for leaders who choose the harder path when it benefits the team, who keep growing even when they’re already strong, and who care deeply about delivering real, measurable value—not just checking boxes.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a
Director of Product
to lead the execution of our product vision and play a central role in shaping the future of our business.

This is a senior leadership position where you’ll own the product lifecycle end-to-end—from identifying opportunities and defining strategy to launching, iterating, and scaling solutions that customers love.

You’ll work cross-functionally to align teams, pilot new ideas with some of the largest customers in the industry, and develop innovative revenue models—all while building a clear, data-driven product roadmap.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the development and execution of a multi-year product strategy
  • Identify, validate, and launch new products—aiming to deliver at least one market-shaping innovation per year
  • Drive innovation in digital product features to improve compliance outcomes and subscription growth
  • Partner with key customers to pilot and refine new solutions
  • Accelerate improvements to existing products and bring enhancements to market quickly
  • Develop and communicate a clear, unified product roadmap across teams
  • Introduce data-driven insights and thought leadership initiatives
  • Architect and evolve revenue models tied to digital offerings

What Success Looks Like

  • Launch of at least one major new product annually
  • Measurable improvements in customer compliance and retention
  • Regular release of high-value scientific and compliance insights
  • Faster iteration cycles and consistent delivery of product enhancements
  • A well-defined, data-backed product roadmap guiding the organization
  • Scalable and innovative revenue streams tied to product growth

What You Bring

  • Proven experience leading product strategy and delivering successful products to market
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate vision into execution
  • A collaborative mindset—you seek input but can make decisive calls
  • Entrepreneurial drive—you take ownership, solve problems, and push through challenges
  • High standards—you care deeply about building products that truly deliver value

Who You Are

- Humble:
You put the team first and are always learning
- Transparent:
You communicate openly and honestly
- Customer-Obsessed:
You anchor decisions in customer impact
- Discerning:
You make thoughtful, high-quality decisions
- Clear Communicator:
You simplify complex ideas and align others

In-Office Culture

This is an in-office leadership role because we believe the best collaboration, alignment, and culture-building happens face-to-face.

We also recognize that life happens—appointments, family needs, and focus days—and we support flexibility when those moments arise. Our team shows up for each other, both professionally and personally.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $180,000 – $220,000 base salary + annual performance bonus
  • Company-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance (employee coverage)
  • 4% employer 401(k) match
  • Generous PTO (up to 4 weeks annually)
  • 9 paid holidays
  • Employer-paid short- and long-term disability insurance
  • Life insurance
