It guides how we support children, families, and one another. We are hiring a nurturing, dependable Toddler Teacher to join our preschool and daycare team. The toddler years are full of big feelings, brave firsts, and powerful growth — and we’re looking for an early childhood education professional who truly understands how important this stage is. If you’re an experienced toddler teacher, infant teacher, infant toddler teacher, or preschool teacher who loves the 15 months–3 years age group, we’d love to meet you.

What We Are Looking For:

Massachusetts EEC Infant/Toddler Teacher certification required

Experience in daycare, preschool, childcare, or as a paraprofessional

Passion for early childhood education and strong classroom management skills for active toddlers

Responsibilities:

Lead a toddler classroom in a licensed daycare/preschool setting

Support social, emotional, and developmental milestones

Create engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans and activities

Maintain a safe, clean, and structured childcare environment

Communicate effectively with families and team members

Follow all Massachusetts EEC and daycare licensing regulations
