Role summary

The Product Lead will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing product designs, from initial concept to final blueprints. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet market demands and compliance standards. Key responsibilities include developing and testing prototypes to assess performance, functionality, and user experience, as well as translating engineering requirements into technical documentation. The Product Lead will also support project team organization, scheduling, and resource allocation, while leading product innovation initiatives.

Job Description
Main Tasks

Conceptualizing and developing product designs
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that designs are aligned with customer market demands and compliance standards and regulations
Developing and testing of product prototypes to assess performance, functionality and user experience
Assessing engineering requirements and translation into technical blueprints, drawings, layouts and simulation models
Supporting in organizing project teams, assigning individual responsibilities, developing project schedules and determining resource requirements
Leading and contributing in product innovation projects
