Job Overview

At Infinity Replacement by Marvin, the Senior Product Coordinator plays a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by ensuring orders are accurate, complete, and processed efficiently. This position serves as a resource for the Product Coordinator team, helping manage complex orders, improve processes, and maintain strong collaboration across Sales, Project Management, Installation, Logistics, and Finance.

Highlights of your role

• Review and process project measurements and customer orders.
• Audit customer files for accuracy and completeness.
• Support team members with complex orders and issue resolution.
• Monitor order pipelines and help prevent delays.
• Conduct quality audits and ensure process compliance.
• Assist with training and mentoring new Product Coordinators.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Compensation: $29 - $33 per hour based on experience

You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in order management, customer service, project coordination, or a related field.
• Experience in home improvement, construction, building materials, or manufacturing preferred.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.
