Role summary
Massanutten Resort is seeking energetic individuals for a full-time Replacements Inventory Specialist role. This position involves delivering items throughout the resort, performing quality checks, and stocking inventory. Candidates must be at least 18, possess a valid driver's license with an approved driving record, have basic computer and phone skills, and be able to lift up to 50lbs and climb stairs. The role requires working in a fast-paced environment and offers a 4-day work week with every other weekend off after training. This is a 100% Employee Owned company offering comprehensive benefits.

Job Summary
Position requires energetic individuals who enjoy working with the public and strive to deliver great customer service. Duties include delivering missing/damage items throughout the resort. Performing quality checks to meet resort standards. Ability to lift up to 50lbs, climb stairs, work in a fast-paced environment, self-motivated, dependable, punctual, and able to work in groups and independently. Must be at least 18. Every other weekend off after training.

Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule
Days:
- 4-days per week with every other weekend off after training
- including weekends and holidays
Hours:
- 7:30 AM-6:00 PM
Compensation
- Pay: $13.00/Hour
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Core Responsibilities
- Deliver items noted in TSW inventory
- Stock the replacements depots as needed
- Record items removed from inventory
- Complete unit punch lists and check designated areas for stock/replenishment needs
- Assist with daily interoffice mail runs among resort departments
- Complete unit inventory and quality checks
- Complete any necessary minor cleaning and/or repair work as needed
- Recycle packaging materials for recycling department and schedule pick-ups
- Assist with special projects as needed
- Other duties as assigned by management
