Role summary
Gateway Animal Hospital is seeking compassionate and communicative 1st through 4th-year veterinary students for a paid externship program in West Virginia. This hybrid role offers flexible scheduling and valuable 1-1 mentorship with a DVM mentor network. The externship provides real-world experience in a general practice/small animal clinic with some large animal exposure, covering services like wellness, diagnostics, dental care, surgery, and laser therapy. This is an excellent opportunity for students from AVMA-accredited institutions to enhance their education and potentially secure future employment.
