A Practice Where Future Veterinarians Can Thrive/Learn/Grow!

Town & Country Veterinary Clinic is a welcoming, growing small animal veterinary practice nestled in beautiful rural upstate New York. We are excited to offer an immediate opportunity for a full-time small animal veterinarian to join our friendly team. Our practice includes three conveniently located clinics: one near Ogdensburg, another in the Potsdam/Canton area, and a third in the heart of Massena. Each clinic is just 30–45 minutes apart, making collaboration and support across locations easy. Plus, we’re just a short drive from cities like Syracuse, Lake Placid, Ottawa, and Montreal—so you can enjoy both small-town charm and big-city adventures.

Each of our veterinary clinics is fully equipped with state-of-the-art digital x-ray, in-house blood lab stations, surgical and therapeutic lasers, and ultrasound technology, ensuring top-quality veterinary care for our patients. Our dedicated team includes certified veterinary technicians and caring support staff who are committed to excellent service and a positive client experience. We welcome new graduates and provide strong mentorship to help you grow and thrive. At Town & Country, we value a healthy work-life balance—our veterinarians enjoy a guaranteed 3-day weekend every other week, so you have time to recharge and enjoy life outside of work.

We’re looking for enthusiastic veterinary professionals who enjoy both medicine and surgery, and who value building strong, supportive relationships with clients and colleagues. If you’re a team player who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of pets and their people, you’ll fit right in with our veterinary family.

Upstate New York is a paradise for outdoor lovers—with scenic hiking trails, abundant fishing and hunting, and endless opportunities to explore nature. Join our welcoming veterinary team and discover a rewarding career and a wonderful lifestyle in this beautiful region. We can’t wait to meet you!
