Florida Telehealth Medical Group is seeking a remote Registered Nurse (RN) with multi-state licenses to join their growing telemedicine company. The role involves reviewing patient information, providing care and education, participating in online visits, and answering patient questions via telehealth platforms. Candidates must maintain professionalism and follow established protocols. The position is full-time (36-40 hours/week) and is a 1099 contractor role with potential for W-2 conversion. Position Overview

Our innovative technology enables the online, direct-to-patient interaction required by state telemedicine laws.

As a Registered Nurse, your primary role will be to work remotely from your personal computer to:

  • Review patient information and medical histories.
  • Provide patient care and education.
  • Participate in online patient visits.
  • Answer patient questions through our telehealth platforms.
  • Maintain honesty, privacy, integrity, and professionalism across all working platforms.
  • Follow established protocols, templates, and treatment guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team as needed.

All work is conducted 100% online, with no in-person patient interaction required.

To streamline your workflow, we have developed comprehensive templates and treatment guides. A significant portion of the role involves reviewing patient information and following predetermined treatment protocols and workflows.

Schedule

Full-Time: 36–40 hours per week

The RN is responsible for scheduling an appropriate number of shifts across the applicable platforms and attending required team meetings, which are typically held weekly.

Education & Experience

  • Active Registered Nursing (RN) license with compact endorsement.
  • Must maintain residency in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state.
  • Must obtain California, Illinois, and New York RN licenses prior to onboarding.
  • Upon conversion to full-time employee (FTE) status, candidates must be willing to obtain RN licenses in:
    • Oregon
    • Massachusetts
    • Alaska
    • Nevada
    • Michigan
  • The company will reimburse all associated professional licensing costs for the states listed above.
  • Related nursing experience required; a minimum of 2 years of RN experience is preferred.
  • Experience with Google Workspace/Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office Suite.
