Menards is seeking motivated individuals for a full-time, paid Manager Trainee program in Retail Management. This hands-on training is designed to prepare participants for management roles within the company. The program emphasizes developing an understanding of the business, team leadership, and customer service skills. Upon completion, trainees are eligible for promotion to various store locations, corporate offices, manufacturing, or distribution centers, aligning with Menards' promote-from-within culture. A business-related degree or prior leadership experience is preferred.
