Senior Product Manager - Reconciliation
Role summary
Mercury is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the evolution of its reconciliation platform. This role involves defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap for critical financial controls that ensure accuracy, integrity, and auditability within Mercury's core financial systems. The Product Manager will partner closely with Engineering, Finance, Operations, and Accounting to automate workflows, enhance control coverage, and build a scalable, transparent platform. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of product management experience on technical platforms or complex systems, strong systems thinking, and exceptional cross-functional partnership skills. Experience with financial controls, payments systems, or data infrastructure is a plus.

In this role, you will lead the evolution of reconciliation at Mercury, including the key financial controls that enable operational excellence, strong governance, and end-to-end auditability. You’ll partner closely with Product, Engineering, Finance, Operations, and Accounting to automate complex workflows, strengthen control coverage, and ensure issues are detected, investigated, and resolved quickly.
