Role summary
Meta is seeking a Partner Solutions Manager to lead scaled engagement with its tech provider ecosystem (ISVs) to grow incremental revenue and reduce costs. This role involves becoming a subject matter expert on how tech providers integrate with Meta's business messaging APIs, operating with autonomy to structure ambiguous problems and evaluate tooling. Responsibilities include identifying high-potential segments, defining engagement strategies, collaborating with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Data Science) to improve onboarding and attribution, and leading the development of certification and enablement architectures. The role requires assessing and shaping tooling/infrastructure, building a partner intelligence layer, and owning the global perspective on the tech provider ecosystem's future. Experience with AI tools, data analysis, and influencing cross-functional partners is crucial.
Responsibilities
- Identify high-potential tech provider segments through structured analysis and set the engagement strategy for each segment
- Define the qualifying criteria and capabilities across markets to determine the tech providers Meta should invest in
- Coordinate with the relevant teams such as Partner Marketing, Incentives, and Business Product Marketing to evaluate and improve the value exchange between Meta and the tech providers
- Collaborate with Partner Marketing and Product to improve the onboarding journey for new partners with clearer entry paths, working collateral, and technical enablement sequenced so that partners reach first value quickly
- Influence data engineering and data science teams to define and build a consistent global attribution methodology for partner-driven revenue. Measure the success of partner contribution across regions to drive ecosystem investment decisions
- Ensure that tech provider engagement initiatives are coordinated so that partners receive a coherent, well-sequenced experience of Meta rather than fragmented outreach
- Segment tech providers by their product and delivery capabilities, and sequence outreach to build a two-way engagement channel where partners bring product feedback, and scaling needs, and in return drive value to Meta
- Consolidate the engagement approaches that have demonstrated results in individual markets into a consistent global model while adapting for regional differences
- Lead the development and launch of a certification and enablement architecture for the tech provider ecosystem
- Partner with Incentives on defining proficiency criteria, curriculum scope and badging thresholds, sequencing partners through certification cohorts
- Partner with Partner Marketing on launch communications, partner-facing collateral and adoption campaigns
- Assess and shape the tooling and infrastructure to support this scaled partner engagement, developing clear recommendations and securing the cross-functional investment to deliver them
- Build and own the partner intelligence layer for the tech provider ecosystem, tracking information such as capability, performance, engagement history, partner feedback, and proof
- Leverage learnings from engagement outcomes to equip the org's partner managers with insights and standardized best practices for their own managed partners
- Own the global point of view on where the tech provider ecosystem is headed. Systematically gather market intelligence across regions (i.e., from regional partner leads, partner conversations, event presence, and competitive movements) and bring leadership a clear read on the implications for Meta's ecosystem strategy
Minimum Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, or related discipline)
- Experience taking initiatives from early concept through to scale, defining the strategy, executing, and managing post-launch
- Experience designing and running scaled or one-to-many partner engagement models, including segmentation, engagement design, program economics, and measuring impact
- Proven experience influencing product and cross-functional partners to commit and deliver against shared roadmaps
- Experience navigating ambiguity and complexity to deliver outcomes with limited direction
- Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize or redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
- Demonstrated analytical skills to segment audiences and build recommendations
- Experience communicating strategies, results, and recommendations to cross-functional partners and senior leadership
