Role summary

Metasys is seeking an Engineering Delivery Manager for a full-time, remote position. The role involves overseeing end-to-end engineering project delivery, ensuring timely execution, and coordinating with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include tracking timelines, identifying risks, facilitating meetings, ensuring quality standards, and communicating project status. The ideal candidate has 0-2 years of experience in project coordination or engineering support, strong communication and stakeholder management skills, and a basic understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies. Proficiency in Jira/Confluence and experience with technical teams are preferred.

This role is ideal for candidates with strong organizational, communication, and project coordination skills who are eager to grow in a delivery management career.🔹 Key Responsibilities-Manage and track delivery of engineering projects from planning to deployment-Coordinate with engineering, product, and business teams to ensure timely execution-Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables-Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks and escalate when required-Facilitate daily/weekly stand-ups, sprint planning, and review meetings-Ensure adherence to delivery processes, quality standards, and documentation-Communicate project status clearly to stakeholders-Support continuous improvement of delivery workflows and processes🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications-Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field-0–2 years of experience in project coordination, delivery, or engineering support roles-Strong communication and stakeholder management skills-Basic understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies-Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively-Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence or similar (preferred)-Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset🔹 Nice to Have-Exposure to Agile or Scrum frameworks-Experience working with engineering or technical teams-Certification in Agile/Scrum (a plus, not mandatory)📩 Interested candidates can send their resume to : : Application for Engineering Delivery Manager
