Role summary

A growing property management firm is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for their Artesia Apartments location in Everett, WA. The role involves performing general maintenance across various trades (plumbing, electrical, A/C), appliance repairs, painting, and handling apartment turnovers. Responsibilities include cleaning grounds and common areas, responding to maintenance requests, and taking emergency calls. A strong customer service attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team are essential. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in apartment maintenance on a property with 200 units. On-call rotation and reliable transportation are required.

We are a large regional property management firm looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at Artesia Apartments, located in Everett, WA!

The ideal candidate will have experience in all trades and be very customer service focused. Some duties will include cleaning grounds, offices, common areas, completing maintenance service requests, appliance repairs, painting, apartment turnovers, taking emergency calls and more!

Qualifications

  • Prefer at least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance on 200 unit property!
  • Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, a/c, etc.) a must!
  • Customer service attitude, flexibility and the ability to work in a team environment are key to making this position a success!
  • As a condition of employment, all employees must acknowledge and consent to the possibility of audio recordings being made during the performance of their work duties.
  • Reliable transportation is a MUST!
  • Availability to work on-call rotation.

  • $25-$27/hour DOE
