Seeking a Leasing Consultant for Russellville Commons in Portland, OR. This role requires dynamic sales and customer service skills to maintain high occupancy. Responsibilities include greeting and qualifying prospective residents, coordinating move-ins, maintaining rental files, preparing and overseeing lease signings, assisting with administrative tasks, and interacting professionally with residents to resolve issues and ensure timely rent payments. A team-oriented environment with opportunities for bonuses and company profit sharing is offered.
