The Retreat in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Leasing Consultant with dynamic sales and customer service skills. This role is responsible for maintaining high occupancy by providing exceptional customer service, utilizing professional sales and marketing techniques, and qualifying applicants. Responsibilities include greeting prospects, coordinating move-ins, managing rental files and data entry, preparing leases, and interacting with residents to resolve issues and ensure rent payment. A team-oriented environment with opportunities for internal promotion is offered, along with bonuses and benefits.
