Role summary

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to manage all maintenance and repair operations at our community, 3300 Tamarac in Denver, CO. Responsibilities include diagnosing and performing/delegating maintenance tasks, overseeing maintenance staff, managing resident service requests, scheduling personnel, conducting safety meetings, and maintaining accurate records of preventive maintenance and expenditures. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor, experience with at least 150 units, proficiency in all trades, a team-player attitude, superior customer service skills, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation.

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all aspects of maintenance and repair at our community, 3300 Tamarac in Denver, CO!As a Maintenance Supervisor your duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Diagnosing and performing or delegating minor and routine maintenance
  • Overseeing and inspecting work performed by maintenance staff
  • Managing system for handling resident service requests
  • Assisting manager in coordinating and directing the maintenance staff and scheduling of maintenance personnel
  • Conducting regularly scheduled safety meetings
  • Maintaining accurate records regarding preventive maintenance requests and expenditures
  • Coordinating or performing equipment maintenance and more!

    • Qualifications

  • At least 2 years experience as a Maintenance Supervisor preferred!
  • Must have maintenance experience with at least 150 units!
  • Must have experience in all trades.
  • Must be a team player with a superior customer service attitude.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

    • Compensation and Benefits

  • $36-$43/hour DOE
