Role summary

MG Properties is seeking an experienced Community Manager for Artesia Apartments in Everett, WA. This role involves building and training a team, marketing the property, managing the budget, and overseeing all operational tasks. Requirements include recent experience managing a fast-paced apartment community, supervisory/management experience, team building, effective management skills, demonstrated operations skills (marketing, budgets, sales), a valid driver's license, and proof of insurance. Yardi experience is preferred. Compensation includes a base salary of $83,000-$85,000 annually, monthly performance bonuses, profit sharing, PTO, holidays, sick time, and 401K with match. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, EAP, life insurance, FSAs, and rental discounts.

MG Properties is seeking an experienced Community Manager for our beautiful property, Artesia Apartments, located in Everett, WA!

This person will be responsible for building and training their team, marketing the property, overseeing and maintaining the budget, and all operational tasks to help the property thrive!

Qualifications

  • Must have RECENT experience managing a fast-paced apartment community!
  • Supervisory/management experience a must!
  • Yardi experience preferred.
  • Team building and effective management skills a must!
  • Demonstrated operations skills including marketing, budgets, sales, etc. are required to make this position a success!
  • Must have a valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
  • As a condition of employment, all employees must acknowledge and consent to the possibility of audio recordings being made during the performance of their work duties.

  • $83,000-$85,000 annually DOE
  • Monthly and Performance based incentive bonuses
