Role summary

A large regional property management firm is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for their Reserve at Spring Creek location in Richardson, TX. The role requires at least 2 years of experience in apartment maintenance on a property with 200 units, with a strong understanding of all trades including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. The ideal candidate will be customer service focused, flexible, and able to work effectively in a team environment. Responsibilities include general maintenance, appliance repairs, painting, apartment turnovers, and responding to emergency calls. On-call rotation and reliable transportation are mandatory.

We are a large regional property management firm looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at Reserve at Spring Creek, in Richardson, TX!

The ideal candidate will have experience in all trades and be very customer service focused. Some duties will include cleaning grounds, offices, common areas, completing maintenance service requests, appliance repairs, painting, apartment turnovers, taking emergency calls and more!

Qualifications

  • Prefer at least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance on 200 unit property!
  • Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, a/c, etc.) a must!
  • Customer service attitude, flexibility and the ability to work in a team environment are key to making this position a success!
  • As a condition of employment, all employees must acknowledge and consent to the possibility of audio recordings being made during the performance of their work duties.
  • Reliable transportation is a MUST!
  • Availability to work on-call rotation.
