Role summary
Growing company seeks an experienced Maintenance Technician for Evolve South Bay property in Carson, CA. Responsibilities include grounds/office/common area cleaning, maintenance requests, appliance repairs, painting, apartment turnovers, and handling emergency calls. Requires experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, A/C), a customer service attitude, flexibility, and teamwork. 1+ year of apartment maintenance experience on a 100+ unit property is preferred. Must have reliable transportation and be available for on-call rotation. Compensation is $25-$26/hour DOE with monthly bonuses, profit sharing, and comprehensive benefits including PTO, holidays, sick time, 401K match, medical, dental, vision, and rental discounts.

The ideal candidate will have experience in all trades and be very customer service focused. Some duties will include cleaning grounds, offices, common areas, completing maintenance service requests, appliance repairs, painting, apartment turnovers, taking emergency calls and more!
