Role summary

MG Properties is seeking an experienced Community Manager for the 4400 Syracuse Apartments in Denver, CO. This role involves building and training a team, marketing the property, overseeing the budget, and managing all operational tasks. Qualifications include recent experience managing a fast-paced apartment community, supervisory/management experience, team building, effective management skills, and demonstrated operations skills in marketing, budgets, and sales. Yardi experience is preferred. A valid driver's license and proof of insurance are required.

MG Properties is seeking an experienced Community Manager for our beautiful property, 4400 Syracuse Apartments, located in Denver, CO!

This person will be responsible for building and training their team, marketing the property, overseeing and maintaining the budget, and all operational tasks to help the property thrive!

Qualifications

  • Must have RECENT experience managing a fast-paced apartment community!
  • Supervisory/management experience a must!
  • Yardi experience preferred.
  • Team building and effective management skills a must!
  • Demonstrated operations skills including marketing, budgets, sales, etc. are required to make this position a success!
  • Must have a valid driver's license and proof of insurance.

    • Compensation and Benefits

  • $83,000-$86,000 annually
  • Monthly and Performance based incentive bonuses
