Role summary
A large regional property management firm is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for their Emerald Place location in Beaverton, OR. The role requires a customer service-focused individual with experience in all trades, including plumbing, electrical, and A/C. Responsibilities include grounds and common area cleaning, maintenance requests, appliance repairs, painting, apartment turnovers, and handling emergency calls. Preferred qualifications include at least 2 years of experience in apartment maintenance on a 200-unit property. Availability for on-call rotation and reliable transportation are mandatory.
