Role summary

A growing property management company is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for their 3300 Tamarac Apartments in Denver, CO. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in apartment maintenance on a 200-unit property and be proficient in all trades, including plumbing, electrical, and A/C. Responsibilities include groundskeeping, office and common area cleaning, completing maintenance requests, appliance repairs, painting, apartment turnovers, and handling emergency calls. A strong customer service attitude, flexibility, and teamwork are essential. On-call availability and reliable transportation are required. Compensation includes $24-$25/hour DOE, monthly bonuses, and profit sharing.

We are a property management company looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at 3300 Tamarac Apartments, in Denver, CO!

The ideal candidate will have experience in all trades and be very customer service focused. Some duties will include cleaning grounds, offices, common areas, completing maintenance service requests, appliance repairs, painting, apartment turnovers, taking emergency calls and more!

Qualifications

  • Prefer at least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance on 200 unit property!
  • Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, a/c, etc.) a must!
  • Customer service attitude, flexibility and the ability to work in a team environment are key to making this position a success!
  • Reliable transportation is a MUST!
  • Availability to work on-call rotation.
