Role summary

Michels Road & Stone, Inc. is seeking a Concrete Paver Groundman with 0-3 years of experience. This role is responsible for all ground operations related to the paver, including the Trimble system and paver changes. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys collaboration, and is mechanically inclined. Knowledge of Trimble systems, Gomaco, or G&Z Pavers is desired. The position requires willingness to work under a union agreement and travel throughout the Midwest. Michels offers a comprehensive benefits package and invests in employee training.

As a Groundman, you are responsible for everything on the ground relating to the paver, including but not limited to the Trimble system and paver changes.

  • Knowledge of Gomaco or G & Z Paver (desired)
