Role summary

Michels Energy Solutions, Inc. (MES) is seeking a Project Manager to join their team in Bowling Green, OH. This full-time, onsite role involves supporting project planning, implementing project management principles, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver complex energy and industrial infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 5+ years of experience, and a strong understanding of project management, safety policies, and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience in the oil and gas industry and with Primavera is preferred. The role requires travel for extended durations and commitment to long-term onsite projects.

As an Associate Project Manager, your key responsibilities will be to support project planning and organization, implement project management principles, and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders to meet deadlines and business needs.

    • What it takes?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, 5+ years of related experience, or equivalent combination
  • Experience with oil and gas industry preferred
  • Experience with natural gas compressors preferred
  • Training in safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Primavera (preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Ability to travel for extended durations, commit to long-term onsite projects, and work in outdoor environments
