Role summary
Micro.ai is seeking an experienced AI Technical Product Manager to define and execute the strategy, development, and delivery of AI/ML-driven SaaS solutions. This role involves translating business needs into technical requirements, overseeing model integration and optimization, and conducting market research. Responsibilities include cross-functional collaboration, ROI analysis, scalability planning, and ensuring compliance with responsible AI standards. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field and 2-5+ years of experience in AI/ML product development or technical product management, with a strong understanding of ML workflows and MLOps.

About The Role
We are seeking an experienced AI Technical Product Manager to be part of team working on the strategy, development, and delivery of AI-driven products and platforms. This role bridges the gap between business needs and technical execution ensuring that our AI solutions deliver measurable value, scalability, and innovation across industries such as automation, IoT, and digital transformation.
Responsibilities
- Drive AI Product Strategy: Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for AI and ML-based offerings, aligning with company goals and customer requirements.
- Technical Partnership: Work closely with data scientists, ML engineers, and software developers to translate business problems into technical requirements and ensure successful model deployment, monitoring, and iteration.
- Model Integration & Optimization: Oversee how AI models integrate with existing systems and ensure performance optimization and reliability in production.
- Market & Technology Research: Analyze trends in artificial intelligence, generative AI, and automation to assess competitive positioning and identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with design, engineering, and operations teams to define requirements, manage trade-offs, and deliver impactful AI-driven features on schedule.
- Performance & ROI Analysis: Develop business cases for AI initiatives, including cost-benefit and ROI analysis; track performance metrics such as model accuracy, latency, and adoption rates.
- Scalability & Ecosystem Planning: Define product architecture and support models to ensure scalability across enterprise and OEM environments, including data pipelines and cloud/edge infrastructure.
- Customer Engagement: Gather technical feedback from clients and internal stakeholders to refine product capabilities and improve model interpretability, usability, and trust.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI products meet governance, privacy, and responsible AI standards, collaborating with compliance and security teams as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related technical field;
- 2-5+ years of experience in AI, ML, data-driven product development, or technical product management.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of machine learning workflows, including data pipelines, model training/deployment, and MLOps.
- Proven ability to manage the end-to-end product lifecycle — from concept to launch — in a technical environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
