This full-time, onsite role requires a strategic leader with 10+ years of experience in manufacturing quality, safety, or operational excellence. Responsibilities include leading enterprise-wide quality, EHS, and continuous improvement programs, ensuring regulatory compliance, driving Lean/Six Sigma initiatives, building high-performing teams, and establishing performance metrics. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Quality Management Systems, OSHA compliance, and change leadership, with strong analytical and project management skills. We're looking for a strategic and hands-on leader to oversee Quality, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), and Continuous Improvement across our manufacturing operations. If you're passionate about building high-performing teams, developing operational excellence systems, and driving measurable business results, this is an opportunity to make a lasting impact at one of the world's most advanced trading card manufacturing organizations.

What You'll Do

Lead enterprise Quality, Safety, and Continuous Improvement programs.

Develop and maintain systems that ensure regulatory compliance and operational excellence.

Drive Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process improvement initiatives across the organization.

Build and develop high-performing Quality, EHS, and Continuous Improvement teams.

Establish performance metrics, audits, corrective action programs, and operational standards.

Partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Security, and HR leaders to improve performance and manage risk.

Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective action efforts.

Support customer audits, quality reviews, and strategic business initiatives.

Create a culture focused on safety, accountability, quality, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Bring

Education

Bachelor's degree in a related field required.

Advanced degree preferred.

Experience

10+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing quality, safety, operational excellence, or related disciplines.

Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in complex manufacturing environments.

Experience supporting 24/7 operations preferred.

Skills & Qualifications

Expertise in Quality Management Systems, CAPA, audits, and process control.

Strong working knowledge of OSHA and environmental compliance requirements.

Proven success implementing Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or similar methodologies.

Strong financial, analytical, project management, and change leadership skills.

Exceptional communication and executive leadership abilities.

Ability to influence across all organizational levels.
