Role summary

Millennium Print Group is seeking a Fulfillment Team Lead in Mebane, NC, to oversee daily fulfillment operations. This role involves mentoring team members, ensuring accurate and timely product movement, and partnering with leadership to enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have experience in fulfillment, warehousing, manufacturing, or logistics, with strong leadership and problem-solving skills. Experience in an ISO 9001 environment is a plus. This is an onsite, full-time position with a competitive compensation and benefits package.

Fulfillment Team Lead

We're looking for an experienced Fulfillment Team Lead to join our team in Mebane, NC. If you're passionate about operational excellence, mentoring team members, and ensuring products move accurately and efficiently through the fulfillment process, this is your opportunity to make an impact at the world's largest trading card printer.

What You'll Do

Lead and support daily fulfillment operations.

Mentor, train, and onboard team members.

Ensure products and materials are received and shipped accurately and on time.

Monitor workflow and escalate operational issues when necessary.

Partner with leadership to improve processes and operational efficiency.

Support scheduling, reporting, attendance tracking, and administrative activities.

Promote a safe and organized work environment.

Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and ISO requirements.

What You'll Bring

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience

Experience in fulfillment, warehousing, manufacturing, or logistics environments.

Previous experience as a Lead or team leader preferred.

Experience working in an ISO 9001 environment is a plus.

Skills & Qualifications

Strong leadership and coaching abilities.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and electronic systems.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
