Role summary

Millennium Print Group is seeking a Fulfillment Compliance Facilitator in Raleigh, NC. This onsite role involves conducting audits, coordinating training, reviewing processes, supporting corrective actions, and analyzing data to ensure compliance with company standards and ISO requirements within the Fulfillment organization. The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma, 2+ years of experience in compliance, quality assurance, auditing, fulfillment operations, or training coordination, and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis. Experience with ISO standards or quality management systems is preferred. This role emphasizes process excellence, auditing, training, and operational compliance.

Fulfillment Compliance Facilitator

We're looking for a detail-oriented Fulfillment Compliance Facilitator to help support compliance, training, quality systems, and continuous improvement initiatives across our Fulfillment organization. If you're passionate about process excellence, auditing, training, and operational compliance, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact at the world's largest trading card printer.

What You'll Do

Conduct scheduled audits and assessments to verify compliance with company standards and ISO requirements.

Coordinate and facilitate training programs for Fulfillment employees.

Review operational processes and documentation to ensure compliance with MPG's Quality Management System.

Support corrective and preventive action initiatives through documentation review and effectiveness verification.

Assist with root cause analysis and process improvement activities.

Maintain and distribute department procedures, policies, and training materials.

Analyze data and prepare reports that support compliance initiatives.

Communicate quality and compliance information throughout the organization.

Support operational teams in maintaining process consistency and standardization.

Promote a safe, organized, and compliant work environment.

What You'll Bring

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Experience

2+ years of experience in compliance, quality assurance, auditing, fulfillment operations, training coordination, or related fields.

Experience with ISO standards or quality management systems preferred.

Skills & Qualifications

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Ability to analyze data and identify trends or compliance issues.

Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience creating, editing, and maintaining standardized documentation.
