Role summary

Mindy Support is building a universal Talent Pool for freelance opportunities in data annotation, customer support, and back-office operations. This remote, contract role offers flexibility and priority access to projects for individuals with English proficiency (B1/B2+), a working PC, stable internet, attention to detail, responsibility, and quick learning ability. Prior experience in these fields is a plus but not required. Candidates join the pool and are contacted for matching projects.

Mindy Support is an international company providing data annotation services for Artificial Intelligence, as well as customer support and back-office solutions to clients worldwide. We are constantly launching new projects across various directions—ranging from data labeling and analytics to customer support and administrative tasks.
