Model ML is an AI solution that accelerates research and due diligence processes for Private Equity (PE), Venture Capital (VC), and Banking. You will work alongside two well-known founders who successfully sold their last two YC-backed companies. Model ML, also backed by Y Combinator and top-tier venture firms, has already raised double-figure millions in stealth mode to automate specific workflows within finance using AI. The company is live and in production with some of the world's largest firms and is scaling fast globally.
**Job Description:**
The role involves managing the customer lifecycle, from lead generation to customer service to product feedback & iteration.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Run weekly customer feedback sessions and develop a framework to prioritise feedback with the engineering team.
* Build and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the region to identify potential clients, including private equity firms, investment banks, and relevant consultancies.
* Develop a framework to increase client engagement via tutorials and running workshops.
* Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals and providing ongoing customer support.
* Foster and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders.
* Represent the company at industry events and conferences to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.

**Requirements:**
* Minimum of 3 years experience with private equity firms, investment banks, or tier 1 consultancies is essential.
* MBA is a bonus, not essential.
* Strong academic background from tier 1 institutions.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This is key given we are a currently a small global team working around the clock.
* Ability to work independently and make autonomous decisions.
* Willingness to travel as needed.
