Role summary

Moonello is seeking a senior operator to lead product growth, retention, and revenue across its three SaaS products: SERPrecon (SEO analysis), TrueGameStats (sports betting analytics), and a new B2B prospecting platform. This hands-on role involves owning user acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization, overseeing customer experience and support, and partnering on product strategy. The ideal candidate thrives in a lean, founder-led environment and has a proven track record of driving SaaS metrics. The position offers significant ownership and upside, with flexible compensation structuring.

We're hiring!

Moonello is looking for a senior operator to lead growth, retention, and revenue across our three SaaS products:

→ SERPrecon: SEO analysis platform (live)

→ TrueGameStats: sports betting analytics mobile app (live)

→ B2B prospecting platform (launching soon)

The role:

  • Own user acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization across all three products
  • Oversee customer experience and support
  • Partner with the founder on product roadmap and strategy
  • Drive revenue and report on the metrics that matter

Whom we're looking for:

  • Senior operator with a track record of moving real SaaS metrics
  • Range across stages: comfortable launching new products and scaling live ones
  • Hands-on, not a strategist who needs a team to execute
  • Thrives in a lean, bootstrapped, founder-led environment
  • Must be US-based and authorized to work in the US (preferably in southeast Michigan)

Whom we are not looking for:

  • Agencies, consultancies, or service providers pitching us (we're hiring an operator, not a vendor)
  • Recruiters and staffing firms
  • Anyone after a passive, advisory, or fractional role (this is hands-on)

Compensation will be tailored to the right person.

We're open to structuring this as a traditional senior hire, an equity-heavy partner role, or a hybrid of both, depending on what makes sense for both sides.

Either way, this person will have real ownership of outcomes and meaningful upside as the SaaS portfolio grows.
