General Purpose

To enroll qualified patients into state-funded medical assistance programs and facilitate enrollment in clinic discounted fee programs for uninsured individuals who do not qualify for state-funded assistance. This position also develops and maintains working relationships with local organizations and county service agency personnel to establish collaborative outreach efforts.

Job Qualifications: 

• High school diploma or equivalent. 
• Associates degree preferred but not required. 
• Fluency in Spanish, written and spoken required. 
• Minimum two (2) years’ experience in customer service. 

Salary: $25.16 to $27.35 per hour; DOQ (This position includes a $4,500 annual geographic pay differential for 1.0 FTE worked in Basalt.)
