Role summary

Seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to build secure, scalable, and reliable platform solutions. Requires 6+ years of IT experience across multiple disciplines, strong Kubernetes and cloud-native technology experience, and proficiency in Unix shell scripting.

We are seeking a
Senior DevOps Engineer
to join a diverse and high-impact team of technologists. This role focuses on building secure, scalable, and reliable platform solutions that empower product and feature teams to deliver high-quality services globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain flexible and stable platform solutions to support development teams.

• Monitor and maintain Kubernetes-based architectures, including performance metrics, security patching, and system reliability.

• Design, build, and manage CI/CD pipelines for frontend, backend, and mobile platforms (Android and iOS).

• Lead the expansion of systems in a multi-regional, global environment using AWS and Kubernetes.

• Architect and implement cloud-native solutions with a strong focus on scalability, resilience, and security.

• Conduct vulnerability assessments across multiple infrastructure tiers, including remediation planning.

• Triage and respond to information security alerts and events.

• Implement and manage IAM, access controls, and security policies.

• Maintain security controls to support audit, compliance, and regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate closely with development and operations teams to resolve technical and operational challenges.

• Participate in on-call rotation and provide infrastructure support outside business hours when required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Analysis, or a related field.

• 6+ years of experience across multiple IT disciplines such as architecture, networking, application development, middleware, databases, or operations.

• Strong, hands-on experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native technologies (required).

• Proven experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for web and mobile platforms.

• Proficiency in Unix shell scripting; working knowledge of Python is a plus.

• Solid understanding of network architecture and modern application development methodologies.

• Experience designing and operating globally distributed systems, including awareness of common pitfalls.

• Experience with compliance frameworks such as PCI-DSS or SOC 2 is a plus.

• Hands-on experience managing vulnerability assessment programs, including scanning, penetration testing, and remediation.

• Familiarity with CVE databases, CVSS scoring, and security standards such as ISO 27001 and NIST.

• Strong understanding of PKI, TLS, encryption, and secure communications.

• Experience using host-level and network-level troubleshooting and security tools.
