Role summary
Munson Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse for a Med-Surg Night position in Michigan. This role is part of an internal traveler team, offering flexible and seasonal assignments. The position requires an active RN license in Michigan, 2 years of recent and consecutive experience in a specialty area, and current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) Certification. Additional certifications like ACLS, NIH, PALS, TNCC, NRP, or Fingerprinting Clearance may be required depending on the department. The role emphasizes professional nursing practice and participation in clinical decision-making within a supportive environment.

What’s Required
- Active Registered Nurse license in the State of Michigan
- 2 years of recent and consecutive experience in a specialty area
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) Certification
- For Critical Care Department positions:
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- National institute of Neurological disorders and stroke (NIH) Certification
- For Emergency Department positions:
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- Pediatric advanced life support (PALS)
- National institute of Neurological disorders and stroke (NIH) Certification
- Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC)
- For NICU and Maternity Department positions:
- Neonatal Recitation Program (NRP) Certification
- For Long Term Care, Home Health and Behavioral Health Department positions:
- Fingerprinting Clearance
