Role summary
Munson Healthcare is seeking a full-time Operating Room Nursing Assistant for a night shift position in Cadillac, MI. The Nursing Assistant will provide basic patient care under the direction of a Registered Nurse, including assistance with daily living activities, hygiene, meals, and vital signs monitoring. A High School Diploma or GED is preferred. Employees must be vaccinated or have immunity for Measles, Mumps, Rubella, and Varicella, and receive an annual flu vaccine or approved exemption. Under the direction of a Registered Nurse, the Nursing Assistant provides support to the patient by assisting with basic care for daily living including bathroom assistance, bathing, maintaining hygiene, changing bedding, turning and repositioning, assisting in ambulation, serving and assisting with meals, and obtaining vital signs.
- High School Diploma or GED (Preferred)

MHC also requires all employees to receive a flu vaccine during the flu season in the year that they are hired and annually thereafter, or receive an approved medical or religious exemption.
