Role summary
Munson Healthcare is seeking Phlebotomy Technicians for day and night shifts, offering 12-hour shifts. This role involves collecting blood samples from various patient types using procedures like capillary, venipuncture, and arterial punctures. A High School Diploma or GED is required, along with a strong work history in customer-service-focused roles emphasizing attendance, work ethic, and teamwork. A Day in the Life
Collects blood from inpatients, outpatients, and nursing homes according to established procedures and policies. Includes capillary punctures and venipuncture on infants and adults, and radial arterial punctures on adults.

- Good work hisotry in customer-service-skills-focused positions, with an emphasis on excellent attendance, strong work ethic, teamwork abilities.

Munson Healthcare requires all employees be vaccinated or have lab confirmed immunity for Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Varicella. MHC also requires all employees to receive a flu vaccine during the flu season in the year that they are hired and annually thereafter, or receive an approved medical or religious exemption.
