Role summary
Murgado Automotive Group is seeking a BDC Service Agent for their Business Development Center in Miami, FL. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with service inquiries, following up on leads, scheduling service visits, and maintaining customer information in the CRM system. The ideal candidate is a friendly, professional communicator comfortable making over 100 outbound calls daily, organized, and detail-oriented. Previous customer service or hospitality experience is a plus, as is bilingualism in English and Spanish. The position offers competitive pay up to $20/hour plus commission, 401(k) with match, paid time off, and career growth opportunities.

What You’ll Do:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with service inquiries
- Follow up on leads and schedule service visits
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction and build loyalty
- Maintain and update customer information in our CRM system
- Collaborate with service and marketing teams to meet client needs
What We’re Looking For:
- A friendly and professional communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable making 100+ outbound calls and working with a team
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus (automotive experience is a bonus but not required)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a bonus!
