Role summary

Myriad360 is seeking a Director, Client Solutions Architects for the Northeast region, based remotely in New York City. This player-coach role leads a team of Client Solutions Architects (CSAs), balancing team leadership with client-facing responsibilities. The Director will coach and develop the CSA team, manage resources, support complex pursuits, and step into CSA roles for key customers. Success is measured by team performance, customer engagement quality, and account growth. The role requires 10+ years of enterprise technology experience, including team leadership, and broad expertise in infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, AI, and automation. The Director will act as a trusted technology advisor, translate business priorities into technology solutions, and foster strategic client relationships. Travel throughout the Northeast is expected.

You bring broad expertise across infrastructure, networking, cloud, cybersecurity, AI, automation, and services, along with the ability to translate complex technologies into practical strategies that advance clients’ business objectives.

About The Role

The Director of Client Solutions Architects for the Northeast leads the regional Client Solutions Architect team and helps customers connect business priorities to practical technology solutions and services.

This is a player-coach role that balances team leadership with client-facing responsibilities. The Director coaches and develops CSAs, helps allocate resources across the territory, supports complex pursuits, and may step directly into a CSA role for key customers when additional leadership, continuity, or thought leadership is needed.

The Director works closely with Account Executives, CSAs, Specialists, Practice leaders, Professional Services, Managed Services, and strategic technology partners to improve solution quality, strengthen customer relationships, and support growth across Northeast accounts.

Success is measured by the performance and development of the CSA team, the quality of customer engagements, effective support for priority accounts, and the ability to turn customer needs into well-scoped opportunities across Myriad360's capabilities.

Must be based in the United States and reside in New York City. Travel regularly throughout the Northeast and attend client, partner, and company meetings as business needs require.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Lead, coach, and develop the Northeast CSA team while remaining available for hands-on customer work.
  • Step into the lead CSA role for key customers or complex pursuits when additional coverage, continuity, or technical leadership is needed.
  • Coach CSAs and Sales teams on discovery, solution development, technology storytelling, business outcome alignment, whiteboarding, and workshop facilitation.
  • Serve as a trusted technology advisor to customer technology, infrastructure, security, and business leaders.
  • Partner with Account Executives and CSAs to identify where stronger technical engagement can expand the customer relationship.
  • Help move client conversations from tactical purchases toward multi-year strategic relationships.
  • Maintain strong awareness of major enterprise technology trends and translate them into relevant client conversations.
  • Provide thought leadership across Enterprise AI, AI infrastructure, RAG and agentic AI, data center modernization, networking, cybersecurity, hybrid cloud, automation and observability, platform engineering, Managed Services, Enterprise Service Management, and operating-model transformation.
  • Represent Myriad360 in customer briefings, client events, industry panels, technology summits, webinars, and partner engagements.
  • Support complex, multi-practice opportunities where customer context and technical strategy are critical to success.
  • Build strong relationships with technical leaders and architects across strategic OEM partners.
  • Bring OEM insights, roadmaps, and innovation into relevant client conversations.
  • Help identify where Myriad360 can create differentiated joint solutions with strategic partners.
  • Maintain enough technical depth to step into key accounts while knowing when to engage deeper specialists.
  • Represent Myriad360 with credibility across customers, internal teams, and the partner ecosystem.
  • Complete ongoing security awareness training and comply with company policies to the requirements section
  • Identify and escalate security risks to the appropriate Executive Leadership Team member and actively contribute to remediation efforts

    • Desired skills and experience:

  • Must reside in New York City and be able to travel throughout the Northeast.
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise technology, consulting, solution architecture, systems integration, or related roles, including team leadership or mentoring responsibilities.
  • Experience engaging with senior technical and business stakeholders in customer-facing environments.
  • Broad knowledge across enterprise infrastructure, networking, cloud, cybersecurity, data center, automation, AI, and services.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate emerging technologies into practical business strategies.
  • Experience shaping complex enterprise technology programs and transformation initiatives.
  • Strong customer communication, facilitation, whiteboarding, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to lead complex pursuits and provide hands-on CSA support when needed.
  • Experience working across Sales, Pre-Sales, Professional Services, Managed Services, and Delivery organizations.
  • Strong understanding of technology partner and OEM ecosystems.
  • Experience at a national technology integrator, consulting company, VAR, MSP, or major enterprise technology provider.
  • Prior experience as a CSA leader, solutions architecture manager, Principal Architect, Lead Architect, or technical consulting leader.
  • Experience developing customer technology roadmaps and strategic account plans.
  • Familiarity with Enterprise AI, AI infrastructure, RAG, agentic AI, automation, observability, hybrid cloud, and cybersecurity strategy.
  • Experience speaking at client events, industry panels, customer briefings, or technology conferences preferred.

    • Must be based in New York City and willing to travel 40% of the time in the United States, primarily in the Northeast region.

    Pursuant to the NYC Pay Transparency Law, the base salary range in New York City for this position is $300,000.00- $350,000.00 inclusive of bonus. Compensation in other geographies may vary.
