Role summary
Natter is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to define and communicate the value proposition of its AI voice platform for enterprise employee listening. This role involves translating complex AI technology into compelling customer narratives, developing go-to-market strategies, and enabling sales teams with effective collateral and competitive intelligence. The ideal candidate will have strong B2B SaaS product marketing experience, particularly with innovative or emerging categories, and the ability to research customer needs and influence product and sales strategies. Experience with AI-native products or HR tech is particularly valuable. This is a remote-first position with flexible work options.
Natter is the first AI voice platform for enterprise employee listening. Instead of static surveys, Natter enables real-time, voice-led conversations with thousands of employees - capturing, analyzing, and synthesizing qualitative insight at enterprise scale.
Natter is already being used by some of the world’s largest companies, ranging from big four consultancies like Accenture and Deloitte, global enterprise organizations like LEGO Group and ServiceNow, to technology innovators like Miro.
Natter’s conversational AI platform allows tens of thousands of users to simultaneously share ideas and feedback through real-time video conversations. Its uniquely scalable tech allows anyone with a smartphone to, literally, have a say on the most important decisions - ranging from workplace strategy, sales enablement, to new product offerings.
They have recently closed a $15M Series A ($23m total) and launched Natalie, the world’s first real-time, Conversational AI-Voice Agent for the workforce. Natalie will redefine the future of people listening, engaging employees through live, meaningful conversations and transforming thousands of real-time discussions into actionable insights. These insights inform strategy, transformation, culture, product, and go-to-market initiatives - helping organisations turn employee voice into tangible business impact.
