Role summary

The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing programs within the Support Equipment Department at NAVAIRWARCENADLKE. Key duties include scheduling and conducting program reviews, developing and monitoring program objectives and delivery schedules, evaluating the impact of new strategies, managing and controlling program funding and expenditures, and determining resource requirements for new programs. This role requires strong financial management, strategic assessment, and stakeholder communication skills to ensure program success.

Position Description
You will serve as a PROGRAM MANAGER in the SUPPORT EQUIPMENT DEPARTMENT, SE & ALRE GROUP of NAVAIRWARCENADLKE.
Position Duties/Responsibilities

You will schedule and conduct program reviews for customers, sponsors, and higher management.
You will develop, coordinate, consolidate and monitor programs, which are consistent with delivery schedules and objectives.
You will evaluate the comprehensive impact or new or revised objectives, probabilities and acquisition strategies.
You will solicit, justify and control all funding for assigned programs and monitor all work and funding expenditures.
You will measure progress toward, and determine the soundness of objectives in established programs, and develop resource requirements for new programs.
