About The Role
We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer with extensive knowledge in provisioning and setting up AWS environments. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Kubernetes, Namespaces, Bedrock, Sagemaker, VPN/VPC, and other key AWS services. This role focuses on enhancing cloud architecture, streamlining deployments, and ensuring optimal performance within our AWS infrastructure. The successful candidate will work closely with development, operations, and security teams to build scalable, reliable, and secure cloud solutions that support our innovative AI-driven projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge technologies and optimize cloud operations for a global enterprise.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience working with AWS and Terraform in production environments. Proven ownership of CI/CD pipelines for multiple services and environments is essential. Candidates should possess strong scripting skills in Bash and Python or Go, along with a solid understanding of containerization, Kubernetes, and cloud security best practices. Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or DevOps Engineer are highly desirable. A deep understanding of networking, observability tools, and infrastructure as code principles is required. Excellent collaboration and communication skills are necessary to work effectively across teams and ensure seamless deployment processes.
Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain AWS infrastructure including Kubernetes clusters and VPC/VPN configurations.
• Utilize AWS Bedrock and Sagemaker for deploying and managing machine learning models.
• Optimize resource allocation using Namespaces and containerization techniques to ensure efficiency.
• Collaborate with development teams to streamline CI/CD processes, enabling fast and reliable software delivery.
• Monitor system performance, security, and troubleshoot issues proactively to minimize downtime.
• Own and improve AWS cloud infrastructure for reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency.
• Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitLab CI or Bitbucket Pipelines, including security checks and automated deployments.
• Manage Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, including modules, environments, remote state, and drift detection.
• Standardize deployment practices across teams to ensure consistency and repeatability.
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and incident response practices to ensure high availability and quick issue resolution.
• Enhance security posture through IAM best practices, secrets management, and policy-as-code approaches.
• Collaborate with developers to automate release processes, reducing lead times and improving deployment efficiency.
