About the Role
We’re hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to own paid acquisition, SEO/AEO, and the AI workflows that will make our growth engine the most automated in our category. You’ll inherit a healthy, multi-million dollar paid program across Google, Meta, TikTok, and Amazon. Today, this work runs through external agency partners, so this role will require taking ownership of this in-house and rebuilding how we run. As a one-person growth marketing team you’ll partner with brand, content and engineering, but performance marketing is yours to own. You’ll report directly to the CEO and will work closely to drive topline growth.
Marketing is changing fast, and we want a growth marketer who sees that and wants to build the autonomous growth function we don’t yet have. You don’t necessarily need to have built one entirely yet, but you will need to point to recent work that suggests you can. You’re an early adopter with opinions about where this market is going, and you want a seat where you can make those bets with a real budget behind you.
What You'll Do
Paid Media
- Manage Google, Meta, TikTok, and Amazon paid advertising across both NewlyNamed and DailyDocs, including campaign architecture, creative testing, budget allocation, and bidding strategy
- Build automated content flows for paid testing. You’ll be comfortable with tools that produce static, video, visual, and copy variations at scale.
- Run a structured testing cadence across the funnel to optimize all blended performance metrics (ROAS, CAC, CTR, etc.)
SEO & AEO
- Own organic search strategy for both brands: technical SEO, content priorities, on-page optimization
- Stay current on how AI is changing search (Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, etc.) and help us stay visible in those results
- We're already the #1 brand in our category for AI citations. Your job is to protect and extend that.
AI & Automation
- Build automated workflows that handle reporting, creative iteration, audience research, and competitive intelligence
- Prototype agent-based systems for ad ops, landing page optimization, and customer acquisition
- Treat AI as a force multiplier on every other part of your job, not a side project
Who You Are
- A working understanding of paid media: campaigns, budgets, channels, and conversion metrics. Direct experience running paid programs is a plus, but not a requirement, if you have the analytical and technical chops to ramp quickly.
- Strong analytical and technical instincts. You can build, automate, and reason about systems, with proficiency in ad platform analytics, dashboards, and spreadsheets.
- Curiosity about SEO/AEO and genuinely interested in how AI is changing search
- You’ve built a workflow, automation, or agent that you can walk us through. You don’t need to be an AI Engineer, but you need to be obsessed with building at the frontier of what's possible and have the interest and potential to learn these skills.
- Clear communicator who can explain what you're doing and why in plain language
- Experience or interest working with women's lifestyle, eCommerce, or consumer brands

Compensation & Logistics
- Full-time, W-2
- Market-based salary + aggressive, uncapped performance-based variable compensation
- PTO, Healthcare Benefits, and 401K match
- Reports to the CEO in the Lehi, Utah area. This role is a Hybrid position, predominantly in-person to start to ensure strong onboarding and alignment with the CEO. After this initial period, there will be opportunity to transition to a more flexible hybrid (in-office & remote) schedule.
