They are now looking to hire a US Growth Marketing Manager to lead market development and drive user acquisition within Indian diaspora communities.

This is a ground-up role focused on building distribution through partnerships, community engagement, and targeted growth channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead US market expansion, identifying and scaling effective acquisition channels
• Build partnerships with diaspora communities, student groups, associations, and local businesses
• Develop and execute localised growth strategies based on user behaviour and trust dynamics
• Drive acquisition across partnerships, referrals, and digital channels
• Gather user insights to inform product and go-to-market strategy
• Collaborate with global growth, product, and operations teams

Requirements:

• 5–8 years’ experience in growth, partnerships, or market expansion
• Background in fintech, payments, or cross-border financial products
• Strong understanding of diaspora-led or community-driven growth
• Proven ability to build partnerships and distribution channels from scratch
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
