Java Software Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled
Java Full Stack Developer
with strong expertise in
microservices architecture and Spring-based web application development
. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with modern backend technologies, monitoring tools, and cloud/container platforms. Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable
Java-based microservices
and full-stack applications.
- Build and enhance
Spring Boot / Spring MVC web applications
with high performance and reliability.
- Develop and integrate
RESTful APIs
across distributed systems.
- Work with
MongoDB
for data modeling, querying, and performance tuning.
- Implement and manage
event-driven architecture using Kafka
.
- Create and manage
Splunk dashboards
, alerts, and monitoring solutions.
- Utilize
Splunk Machine Learning Toolkit (MLTK)
and AI tools for predictive analysis and monitoring.
- Configure and maintain
APM tools
such as
Splunk Observability (SPLOC), AppDynamics, Dynatrace
for performance monitoring.
- Deploy and manage applications in
containerized environments using Kubernetes and OpenShift (OCP)
.
- Provide
on-call support
and participate in
monthly release activities
, including after-hours deployments.
- Troubleshoot production issues and ensure minimal downtime with quick resolutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Strong hands-on experience in
Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture
.
- Experience with
MongoDB
and NoSQL database concepts.
- Solid understanding of
Apache Kafka
and event streaming.
- Hands-on experience with
Splunk (Dashboards, Alerts, MLTK)
.
- Exposure to
APM tools
like
AppDynamics, Dynatrace, or Splunk Observability Cloud
.
- Experience working with
Kubernetes and OpenShift (OCP)
.
- Knowledge of
CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
.
- Strong debugging and
problem-solving skills with minimal supervision
.
