Role summary
Nourish is seeking an Executive Operations Manager, Tech to support its CTO and VP Engineering, as well as leaders across Engineering, Product, Design, and Analytics (EPDA). This role blends executive partnership with tech operations, focusing on protecting leadership time, driving key decisions, and building systems for efficient team operation. Responsibilities include calendar management, preparing executive materials, managing operating cadences like OKRs and all-hands, overseeing technology vendor spend, and project-managing cross-functional initiatives such as security and compliance. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in a similar role within a fast-growing tech company, excels at managing multiple senior leaders, and is adept at driving ambiguous projects to completion. Proficiency with productivity tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and Notion is essential, with a preference for those comfortable using AI tools.
About Us
Health is the most important thing in life, and the American healthcare system is completely broken — poor outcomes, high cost, bad patient experience. We’re building a new system from the ground up.
Our mission is to improve people’s health by making it easy to live a healthy lifestyle.
Nourish is the country’s largest dietitian-led metabolic health clinic. We’re an AI-native digital health system matching patients with 10,000+ Registered Dietitians, physicians, medications, lab testing, and AI agents to deliver insurance-covered care across all 50 states. Founded four years ago, we’ve completed millions of appointments, tripled year-over-year, and partnered with health plans covering 200M+ Americans across 250+ health systems.
In 2026 we raised a 100M USD Series C, bringing total funding to 215M USD. The round was led by Menlo Ventures, with participation from Thrive Capital, Index Ventures, J.P. Morgan Growth Equity Partners, Maverick Ventures, Y Combinator, BoxGroup, Atomico, Daybreak, and Operator Partners.

This is not a job for everyone. We hold an extremely high bar because we believe talent density is our biggest competitive advantage. We’re looking for people who actively choose hard, ambiguous problems, who run toward unglamorous work, give and receive candid feedback, and bring relentless resilience without the ego. Our work is important, but we are not self-important. We do this because we’re solving one of the hardest problems in the world, and the problem matters. If that’s you, we disproportionately reward it.
About the Role
We are hiring an Executive Assistant, Tech (Executive Operations Manager, Tech) to report to our Executive Operations Manager and serve as a trusted operating partner to our CTO and department heads across Engineering, Product, Design, and Analytics. The role will be most deeply focused on the CTO and VP Engineering, while providing ongoing, dependable support to each EPDA leader.
This role sits at the intersection of executive partnership and tech operations. You will maintain active support relationships with all EPDA department heads, understand what each leader needs, and allocate your time transparently as priorities shift. You will protect leadership time, keep important decisions and follow-ups moving, and build lightweight systems that help EPDA operate as one team. On any given week, that may mean redesigning a leader’s calendar around the decisions that matter, preparing an OKR or all-hands update, helping negotiate a software renewal, coordinating an EPDA offsite, or driving a security initiative across several teams.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is equally comfortable with high-stakes executive support and operational ownership. You will not just schedule meetings; you will understand why they matter, make thoughtful tradeoffs, prepare the right context, and ensure decisions turn into action.
Location and in-office expectations: In-office role in NYC. Occasional travel is expected for offsites and company events.
