Role summary
Nscale is seeking a Developer Relations Engineer to drive the adoption of its AI infrastructure platform. This role focuses on technical storytelling, community engagement, developer adoption, and providing product feedback. The engineer will create technical content, represent Nscale at events, build relationships within the AI/ML ecosystem, and act as a liaison between developers and internal teams. Success involves developing the DevRel strategy, creating onboarding resources, establishing Nscale's presence in technical communities, contributing to open-source projects, and setting up developer growth metrics. The position requires 8+ years of experience in developer relations or related roles, a strong technical background in ML and cloud infrastructure, and deep connections within the AI/ML community.
About the role
At Nscale, we’re on a mission to build the engine of superintelligence, and developers are at the center of how that future gets built.
We’re looking for a Developer Relations Engineer to help define how developers discover, learn, build, and scale on Nscale’s AI infrastructure platform. This role will support the global developer relations strategy, from technical content and community engagement to developer experience feedback loops and ecosystem growth, ensuring developers can successfully build and deploy AI workloads on Nscale.
You’ll contribute to programs that connect Nscale’s engineering and product teams with the global developer community, turning powerful infrastructure capabilities into approachable demos, learning paths, hands-on examples, and engaging developer experiences.
This role sits on the Product Marketing team and focuses on three core pillars:
You’ll have the autonomy to build the foundations of a modern DevRel function from the ground up - defining the programs and developer journeys that make Nscale the platform developers choose to build the next generation of AI on. At Nscale, innovation isn’t just encouraged - it’s expected.

If you’re excited about helping developers build the next generation of AI applications and defining how a fast-growing AI infrastructure company engages with its developer ecosystem, this role is for you.
